How does it work?
1. Full Swing Evaluation
- Create a swing program and educate you how to create more speed resulting in more
distance.
2. Equipment Analysis
- After the swing program is created, we fit you in equipment helping
you create more swing speed, ball speed, and the proper launch angle.
3. Body Function
- Your body must be able to respond to the necessary movements
required to perform speed for distance. I use the Golf Fitness Experts, Body Balance for Performance (www.fitgolf.com) to help you meet your golf goals.
- This becomes the most important part of the puzzle in hitting the golf ball
with more power.
