golf learning program that is unmatched in San Diego. Golf is a very difficult, complex game. This program is designed to
provide concept, knowledge and a structured learning involvement. The program requires discipline, commitment and the
desire to learn. Juniors like golf and have more fun when they know what to do and know what is expected of them. This program is designed to train and develop each student’s golf game according to their own desires.
There is one thing for sure An excellent student =’s an excellent golfer A good student =’s a good golfer A
poor student =’s a….oh well you get the picture.
This program is not for any junior who does not want to be held accountable for their performance. This is not tour preparation.
It is preparation to eventually succeed in playing.
All students will progress at his or her personal pace. It
is more important to be good at 25 than 13 or 14. A student cannot outplay their fundamentals.
Training
experts are quoted as saying it takes ten years to be accomplished in golf with a dedication to improve and excel. So, it
is safe to say, learning golf is a journey. I heard Tom Kite say the following. “Golf is a struggle and you must enjoy
the struggle to succeed.” Golf is a game for a life time. Unlike other sports, juniors usually quit
by age 15.
Remember, the golf ball does not know how big, how strong, what gender, or how smart the student is
for that matter. The ball only reacts to the club face impact. Golf is truly a game for all.
New students enrolling
in the program are required to do the following. 1.
Schedule a private lesson. - Have student
golf swing video taped
- Create the student CD
- There will be a video analysis using the Driver or 7-iron depending on the student’s
ability
- Analysis
will be from the Belt Buckle (BB) and Down the Line (DL)
- Taping
with a Power Swing or a Speed Shaft may be necessary
- The
student CD will set the game plan for improving swing fundamentals
- This provides the student and parent time to evaluate if the program fits their personal needs
- Then personal lesson time will be scheduled for the student.
Fee
for Evaluation and Complete Video Analysis $150
